Keith Rossberg
CEO
Keith has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. From his beginnings as an apprentice carpenter to his present position as CEO of Bush Decor & Construction, Keith has truly learned the business from the ground up. From 1980 through 1983 Keith progressed from an apprentice for Volk Construction in Great Falls, Montana to Carpenter Foreman, and eventually Superintendent on a project for the Great Falls Transit Authority. From 1983 to 1987 Keith was General Superintendent on projects such as the Montana State Fish Hatchery andMontana's Exxon Ammonia Plant. He spent two years with Bush Decor & Fixture from 1987 to 1989 as a General Superintendent over the States of California, Montana, and Washington. From 1990 to 1994, Keith was Director of Construction and Maintenance for Buttrey Food & Drug Stores. In 1994 Keith returned to Bush Decor & Construction as President, and as CEO. Outside the office Keith is deeply involved with the National MS Society and has participated in fundraising events since 2002. After his first two events he wanted to increase the footprint of his efforts so every year since 2004 he has organized a team of individuals to raise funds to support research and provide programs to help people with MS. In 2007 he was one of the top 20 fundraisers for the National MS Society in the country and is glad he has been able to motivate and encourage so many others to join and help.
John Hanson
President
John brings to Bush Decor & Construction over 14 years of experience in construction management. Over the last 10 years he worked his way through the ranks of one of the largest retail general contractors in the United States. His career started as Assistant Project Engineer and Progressed to Senior Project Manager prior to coming on board with Bush Decor. John received a degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Advertising from Whittier College in 1991, and brings with him extensive experience in retail, industrial, and tenant improvement for clients such as Target/Greatland Stores, Azusa Pacific University, Rite-Aid, JC Penny Stores, and the Port of Long Beach. John also brings with him vast experience in information technologies and the integration of IT into the business environment.
Darek Axtman
VP Intermountain Region
Darek attended Montana State University where he majored in Landscape Design. He accepted an offer to work with Bush Decor in 2002 where he started as a Project Engineer. Since then he has worked his way through the ranks and now sits as the VP of the Intermountain Region. His responsibilities include the management of the regional office operations, project management, and key client development. During his time away from the office he enjoys spending time being a father and participating in a variety of outdoor activities and sports. Every summer Darek joins the Bush Decor MS 150 bike team and raises money to help people affected by MS.
Erik Griffith
VP Northwest Region
Erik began working with Bush Decor in 2002 when he accepted an opportunity to be a project engineer at the Utah office. With him he brought a young and eager to learn attitude that over the years proved to be very valuable. In 2004 Erik moved to Southern California to join the Irvine Office as a Project Manager. Recently in 2009 he became the Vice President of the Northwest Region and now operates the Pleasanton California office. In his free time Erik enjoys working on miscellaneous construction projects around his home, riding his motorcycle, and camping with his wife.
Joe Lobb
VP Southwest Region
Joe graduated from the University of Idaho with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1990, Joe was hired by Albertsons, Inc. to develop in-house mechanical and refrigeration design teams. In 1996, Albertsons relocated him to Houston, TX and promoted him to Construction Manager in preparation for their aggressive entry into that market. In 2003, Joe left Albertsons to become the Central Region Director of Construction for Wild Oats Markets, where he was instrumental in refining their store planning, design, and construction process. Joe moved back to Houston in 2006, and was hired as Vice President of the Southwest Region by Bush Decor & Construction. During his time away from the office he loves to take hunting and fishing trips. Some of his trips have been as far as British Columbia and someday would like to travel to Africa on a Safari.
Everett Spencer
CFO
Everett graduated in 1985 from Pepperdine University with a degree in Business Management. He accumulated seven years of banking experience with Wells Fargo, and four years of public accounting experience with Ernst & Young. In 1992, Everett became Staff Account Manager of Property Accounting for Ralph's Grocery Co. In 1997 Everett was hired by Bush Decor & Construction, and as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all accounting and finance operations. During his free time he enjoys coaching AAA Basketball for girls and boys from 5th to 12th grade.
Chris Neria
Director of Marketing
Chris attends the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and is working towards a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a Minor in Business. He has over 10 years of retail sales and management experience and in those years of working directly with customers, Chris has been able to develop a sincere work ethic with the customer always in the front of his mind. In 2007 Chris was hired by Bush Decor and is in charge of new business development and all aspects of company branding. In his free time Chris enjoys spending time at the track racing cars, playing soccer with his friends, and training for the annual Salt Lake City Marathon.
Kelly Morrison
General Superintendent
Kelly went to a Community College for construction management and drafting in San Marcos California. When he joined Bush Decor in 2007 he brought 26 years of construction experience that contained projects in commercial, retail, and restaurants. Kelly has a sincere passion for all things related to construction and construction management and that passion has proved very valuable to our operations. In his free time Kelly enjoys riding dirt bikes, skiing, woodworking, and taking care of his fruit and nut trees.
Mike Hanson
General Superintendent
Mike joined Bush Decor in 2003 as the General Superintendent. His leadership and knowledge of the industry came from 17 years of prior commercial construction. He has worked on everything from high rise buildings to strip malls and grocery stores. It is to no surprise that his history in retail construction has been reflected in the success he has had with Bush Decor. While Mike is out of the office he enjoys spending his time outdoors. Some of his hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing, and riding 4 wheelers with his family.
